The cuisine has always been a strength of our Hotel Rosalba Resort, The family Lombardini takes personally care of it, together with a young and dynamic cooking staff which will tempt you every day.
Beginning in the morning with a rich breakfast buffet, the temptation continues at lunch and dinner time, with inviting vegetables and appetizer buffets, together with a wide range (4 first courses and 4 second courses!) of delicious dishes inspired by the flavours of Romagna’s tradition and by international cuisine or decide to dine outdoors and enjoy excellent barbecues.
